Engagement Manager (Delivery & Enablement)

Coordinate delivery across teams, keep client work on track, and ensure our evaluations are adopted at scale through clear documentation, training, and enablement.

Role Overview

At Reins AI, the Engagement Manager is the bridge between clients, engineers, and test designers. You’ll own delivery from kickoff to acceptance, manage the day-to-day client relationship, and make our work usable and repeatable through documentation and learning materials. Your role is to ensure our evaluation designs land with impact, turning complex systems into clear deliverables, playbooks, and training that both clients and our team can rely on.

  • Schedule and run demos; synthesize decisions and action items.
  • Maintain issue logs and acceptance criteria; ensure alignment throughout delivery.

Knowledge Transfer & Enablement

  • Create user manuals, SOPs, runbooks, and release notes.
  • Design and deliver training for both client and internal audiences (live and async).
  • Package solutions into clear playbooks and guides that drive adoption.
  • Gather feedback to iterate and measure effectiveness of materials.

Quality & Adoption

  • Define “definition of done” and quality gates.
  • Coordinate UAT and checkpoints; ensure artifacts meet SOW and client standards.
  • Plan rollouts and stakeholder engagement to reduce friction and build trust.

Program Operations

  • Track budgets and burn rates; align invoices to milestones.
  • Maintain a single source of truth in Notion/Confluence or client systems.
  • Ensure documentation meets accessibility, auditability, and version control needs.

  • Preferred Skills

  • Background in AI/ML, data, or software delivery; familiarity with regulated domains (audit/finance a plus).
